ROKEPIE is available in a vacuum bottle. The bottle contains enough freeze dried ROKEPIE for 2 ml. This is a stock solution.

The stock solution can be added to the freezing solution in a 1:10 ratio or after testing in higher dilutions up until a 1:50 ratio.

The active compound of ROKEPIE has been thoroughly tested in preclinical toxicity en genotoxicity studies.

ROKEPIE method

Method

  • Use commercial freezing media or your preferred media
  • Dilute freeze dried ROKEPIE from bottle to 1 ml
  • Add ROKEPIE in a 1 to 10 dilution ratio to the freezing media with the cells 1h or shortly before freezing
  • Mix gently
  • Freeze
  • Survival measured with counting amount of living cells with Trypan Blue
