In “A Novel Hypothermic Preservation Formulation Containing SUL-138 Enables Long-Term Hypothermic Storage of Clinical-Grade CAR-T Cells”, the authors show that HPF supplementation with ROKEPIE (SUL-138) significantly improved the viability of fresh clinical-grade CAR-T cells during hypothermic storage (2–8 °C) without affecting potency, extending stability up to 72 hours.
These findings underscore the potential of ROKEPIE to support more robust GMP-compliant and point-of-care CAR-T manufacturing workflows.
